The Shenandoah Arts Council, in partnership with Bright Center, has a beautiful window gallery at 15 N. Loudoun Street.  Every month, typically every First Friday, we feature a new “Bright Artist” from the local area.  Art can be purchased from the Shenandoah Arts Council.  Stop by to see the amazing talent that exists in the Shenandoah Valley.
